Key Responsibilities Design and create scalable, web-based interfaces to streamline antibody and multispecific modeling workflows. Develop efficient database schemas for storing and managing molecular modeling data and related metadata. Build and maintain

FastAPI-based backend services

to enhance computational pipelines. Integrate molecular modeling tools (e.g., MOE, Schrödinger) into automated workflows. Work collaboratively with scientists and data experts to turn research requirements into effective software solutions. Ensure high standards of code quality through modular design, effective documentation, and maintainability practices. Assist with platform deployment and testing in

cloud-based environments . Required Qualifications Master's or PhD in

Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Physics , or a comparable field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong front-end development expertise in

React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS . Experience with cloud services ( AWS, GCP ) and containerization technologies ( Docker ). Proficient in

Python , with practical knowledge of

FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL databases , and contemporary web frameworks. Proven experience in building automated computational pipelines for scientific projects. Familiarity with protein structure, antibody design, or biophysics is an advantage. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of molecular modeling tools (such as MOE, Schrödinger, or equivalents). Understanding of antibody engineering and developability assessment. Previous experience within biotech or pharmaceutical industries is desirable.
