Technical Designer - Civic & Justice Projects Join our innovative Civic & Justice Practice as a Technical Designer, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of public infrastructure. In this position, you will utilize your creativity and technical expertise to develop, organize, and execute comprehensive design and construction documents that meet project objectives and specifications. As a key member of our project team, you'll collaborate closely with consultants and contractors to ensure all drawings and specifications are thorough and accurate. We highly encourage applicants with a strong background in Justice and Civic building typologies. Ideal candidates will have experience overseeing projects including correction facilities, jails, prisons, detention centers, courthouses, and related civic buildings such as police and fire stations, city and county buildings, and other public service structures. Prioritize sustainable form and function. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. Strong deadline orientation and attention to detail. Previous experience in Community, Civic, Justice, and Education sectors is preferred, especially in producing complex technical drawings. Familiarity with Justice and Civic building typologies is a must. Experience with Photoshop and/or InDesign is advantageous. Ability to work in-person as part of a hybrid schedule. Compensation:

The national salary range for this position is $60,000 to $120,000 for candidates with 7+ years of experience. Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, licensure, education, and location, and may include bonuses and benefits such as a Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, and Profit Sharing.
