Job Title
Summary Responsible for the overall direction and functioning of assigned applications to ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals. Also responsible for supervision of the applications development program and/or analyst staff to ensure the highest quality services to end-users. Essential Functions: Oversees and approves staff hiring, work allocation, training, performance management, including required documentation, as well as other supervisory functions. Execute operational strategies, work with vendors/stakeholders and improve employee performance. Monitor, problem-solve and implement quality improvement initiatives that support program goals. Ensure applications align with organizational goals as well as customer needs. Monitor the performance of applications to ensure they are always running properly. Ensure quality assurance of application development processes and continuously find ways to advance applications. Ensure solutions to security threats, viruses, or errors that might hinder the performance of applications are valid and consistent. Monitor the application lifecycle to ensure necessary updates are completed on time. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's Degree required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes. Licenses and Credentials, Current Epic certification(s) Experience Information Technology Experience 8-10+ years required. Experience in Epic applications required. Experience with Beacon Oncology preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Display strong leadership and communication skills to clearly manage and oversee the program operations. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent time management skills. Strong project management skills.
