Our client is a leading provider of CFO advisory, bill-pay, and comprehensive financial management solutions for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). Their clients rely on them for strategic financial insights and guidance on a high-touch, discrete basis. Position Overview Our client is seeking an exceptional leader to lead their growing CFO Advisory and Bill-Pay division and drive the next phase of expansion across private wealth segments. This senior leadership role combines strategic leadership, business development, and operational excellence to position the company as the premier choice for UHNWI seeking strategic CFO advisory services and/or bill-pay solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall performance, client satisfaction, team development, and market expansion while maintaining the highest standards of advisory excellence, discretion, and professional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategy to achieve growth targets Drive innovation in service delivery models and technology adoption Position the firm as a trusted strategic partner for its clients Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market position Develop and manage relationships with clients Develop pricing strategies and service offerings that align with market demands Ensure highest levels of discretion and confidentiality for all client relationships Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and networking events Requirements Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field CPA, CFA, or similar professional accounting/finance certification would be strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, private wealth management, or other professional services Experience managing UHNWI or family office operations Experience in developing and executing a professional services strategy and business model with P&L responsibility Benefits Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience (400k+ Base) Performance-based bonus tied to company and individual objectives Equity participation with significant upside potential Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with company matching Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
