Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust security solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications, and data from evolving cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with security tools, cloud platforms, and best practices in risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage security infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits. Monitor systems for security breaches using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.). Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure system architecture and software development practices. Manage endpoint, network, and cloud security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, etc.). Investigate and respond to security incidents and provide detailed reports. Support compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.). Automate security monitoring and incident response where applicable. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, information security, or related role. Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM platforms. Familiarity with scripting/programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation. In-depth understanding of encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and authentication protocols. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CEH, CISM, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, Azure/AWS Security).
