Warehouse Administrator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a
Warehouse Administrator
for a company based in Baton Rouge, La. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ... oversee daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth workflows.
Pay Rate $15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Warehouse Administrator Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store inventory, including verifying quantities and reporting discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and reports, including tracking inventory levels and identifying trends Assist in the coordination of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations Assist in the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment, including adhering to safety protocols and regulations Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve warehouse operations Warehouse Administrator Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 year of experience in a warehouse or related role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting performance targets. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, essential for effectively addressing challenges and coordinating with team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a dedicated focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including proficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving procedures. Proficiency in warehouse management software and technology platforms, enabling efficient tracking and management of inventory. Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, fulfilling job requirements while adhering to safety guidelines. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow.
