Director of Integrated Business Planning
Microsoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure underlying this growth including AI. CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud and AI capabilities at scale. Microsoft Cloud Planning (MCP) is the central planning function within CSCP focused on forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning for all Microsoft Cloud services and associated hardware, directly impacting the success of Microsoft's cloud business. Oversees implementation of cost cutting improvements to the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process or server platform efficiencies. Directs the discussions of the Executive Integrated Business Plan (IBP) monthly rhythm of business (RoB) meetings for General Managers and Corporate Vice Presidents. Champions and continuously oversees alignment with executive functional stakeholders related to a portfolio of products or services including Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and New Product Introductions (NPI). Interprets analyses, reports, and process knowledge to create synthesized set of practices for the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) for long term outcomes across a portfolio of products or services. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 10+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations field. 5+ years of proven track record of leading cross-functional teams for business impact. 5+ years people management experience. 2+ years of industry experience implementing successful IBP process with executive leadership. Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in data science/analytics, engineering, or project management with a supply chain or operations field. 10+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. 10+ years of analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
