Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Reach Truck Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your primary duty will be picking orders for shipment using a reach lift. We are seeking motivated individuals who are skilled in operating reach trucks, as well as pallet jacks, and who have experience in receiving. Although no key performance indicators (KPIs) are currently in place, we are beginning to track the time taken to pick orders.
Responsibilities
Operate a reach lift to pick orders for shipment.
Utilize a pallet jack for moving goods within the warehouse.
Work on the receiving side of the distribution center.
Use an RF scanner for accurate order picking and inventory management.
Essential Skills
Proficient in operating a reach lift.
Experience with order picking and receiving.
Skilled in using a pallet jack.
Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently without specific KPIs initially.

Pay and Benefits
