Supply Chain - Shipping Clerk
Position Summary
Responsible for load and unloading trucks as needed. Review inbound and outbound materials to ensure accuracy of all inventories. Pull and prepare orders to ship out for all Customers. Know and understand all required Epicor functions associated with Shipping & Receiving.
Essential Functions
Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and customer specifications Create and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and labels Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of goods Properly Scan shipping data into inventory and logistics systems (ERP/WMS software) Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed Maintain organized shipping and receiving area Operate Power Industrial Equipment Deliver goods to all areas within the plant and offices as necessary. Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits Comply with all safety and shipping regulations and company policies Secondary Functions
The ability to read and understand documents and perform mathematical calculations. The ability to work cooperatively and communicate with others. The ability to deal politely with customers and coworkers. The ability to perform several tasks at once. The ability to follow directions or instruction. Perform other duties as assigned.
