EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to join their SAP practice. The successful candidate will have experience working with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and will be responsible for delivering strategic solutions to help clients transform their logistics operations.
Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Participating in Explore phase design workshops.
Performing configuration of SAP EWM and other related SAP modules.
Designing custom RICEF solutions and documenting functional specifications.
Performing testing of solutions.
Supporting development and delivery of training materials.
Providing on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience working with SAP EWM. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
