Join Our Dynamic Team as a Commissioning Agent/Engineer!
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commissioning Agent/Engineer with substantial experience in construction activities across various sectors, including federal, state, municipal, K-12 schools, water/wastewater, healthcare, and more. If you are passionate about optimizing building performance and have a strong understanding of ASHRAE commissioning guidelines, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project assignments including on-site representation, documentation, design review, inspections, and quality assurance.
Maintain organized electronic project files and assist with facility sustainment and modernization efforts.
Manage small to mid-size projects and collaborate with Project Managers for larger initiatives.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with significant construction experience.
EIT certification preferred; working towards other certifications such as CCP, CBCP, or CxA is encouraged.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and building codes.
Proficient in various software, including CADD and BIM platforms, and able to manage budgets and project schedules effectively.
