This position is based out of the Mankato, MN office, offering a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) after training is completed. Your key responsibilities: This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality client service to both internal and external clients, prospects, and third parties. A typical day looks like this: Client Service Deliver exceptional service and a consistent client experience in line with Compeer’s mission and vision. Respond to client faxes and emails promptly. Monitor and manage the Compass email inbox as needed. Handle various transactions including ACH, templated wires, payoff requests, and client registrations at the clients' request. Address client inquiries related to address changes, patronage information, and e-signature processes. Promote the organization's digital offerings to enhance the client experience. Assist clients in correcting account maintenance errors and investigate misapplied payments when necessary. Transfer incoming calls to the appropriate team members when required. Document Management Support Process returned mail efficiently. Manage collateral insurance matters. Monitor for insurance placement and cancellations. Collect necessary information to ensure correct coverage. Perform specialty tasks as needed to support organizational needs. Preferred Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Experience in client service, ideally within a financial institution. Strong phone communication and client service abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational, listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, online banking applications, and document management systems. Able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet client needs. Compensation:

The base pay range for this role is $41,300 - $58,700 USD, depending on factors like training, experience, and market demands. Variable compensation and additional benefits are also provided.
