Patient Experience Supervisor
who will play a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction at Broward Health System. Your contributions will not only impact our patients but will also promote our brand as a trusted healthcare provider. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interviews with patients and their relatives to gather valuable insights. Analyze data from Patient Connect to identify areas for improvement in patient satisfaction. Review Patient Connect data and provide recommendations for enhancing experiences. Train and mentor staff on effective patient interview techniques. Perform AIDET and W.E.S.T. observations for various departments, ensuring top-notch service. Facilitate New Admission Greetings and ensure responsiveness from staff. Utilize technology systems (CBORD, EPIC) to better understand and improve patient interactions. Implement and manage the Adopt A Floor Program (AAF). Evaluate and coach managers on patient experience initiatives. Carry out Patient Experience Assessments to continuously enhance service delivery. Conduct Gridding Analysis and guide leadership based on findings. Participate in client quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to address patient care strategies. Collaborate closely with the hospital's Patient Experience team to align efforts and maximize impact. Engage in new employee orientations to clearly communicate patient experience expectations. Qualifications: Associate's Degree required; equivalent experience will be considered. Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience is valuable. 1-2 years of customer service experience in a hospital setting is preferred. At least 5 years of customer service experience in total.
