As a Retail Sales Leader, you will collaborate with retail partners and account teams to expand your territory by promoting our delicious brands. This role involves working on-site in Local and National Grocery stores from Monday to Friday.

Role Highlights:
The ideal candidate will reside within 45 miles of the center of the designated territory.
This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus opportunities.

As a crucial part of our Sales team, you'll craft a compelling selling story to drive growth for both your retail customers and our brand. By collaborating with key stakeholders and utilizing business intelligence tools, you'll successfully execute strategic business plans. Driving Results:
Achieve key metrics such as Point of Sale (POS) budget, call coverage, and maintaining an optimal shelf strategy. Building Relationships:
Implement creative ideas to navigate challenges and successfully sell within the grocery landscape. We Seek Candidates Who: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with fundamental technology skills including Microsoft Office. Possess a strong sense of independence and self-motivation, delivering results through strategic management of a business portfolio. Are team-oriented collaborators, maintaining a consistent presence in the field to ensure brand visibility and successful execution of on-site strategies. Demonstrate exceptional learning agility, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as this role involves driving. Can handle physical demands of the job, including extended periods of walking and carrying items weighing 20-25 pounds. Compensation: The annual salary range is $58,000 - $63,000, based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
