Customer Service LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company in Phoenix, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with a company that values customer care and service excellence. Hourly pay is up to $21/hr. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Uphold compliance and confidentiality standards Qualifications Previous customer service experience (financial services preferred but not required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours within a Monday-Friday schedule Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent required If you are interested, please apply now!

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour
