Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a Financial and Strategy Communications Manager who can help drive external and internal communications. Externally, our team is responsible for quarterly earnings, acquisition and investment announcements, partnership announcements, CEO media engagement, and driving awareness of PayPal’s strategy and performance. Internally, we manage communications to the Finance and Strategy, Corp Dev and Partnerships teams. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support business goals. Oversee the creation and distribution of communication materials across various channels. Manage relationships with media, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the company's reputation. Analyze communication metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness. Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication efforts with corporate objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to the communications team, fostering professional growth. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
