Client Management:
Serve as a day-to-day contact for client teams, building trust and managing communications related to retail strategy and execution. Strategic Execution:
Support the translation of retail strategies into program briefs, timelines, and deliverables across shopper, media, and in-store execution. Retailer & Category Knowledge:
Stay current on key retailer priorities, RMN platforms, shopper behavior, and category trends to inform plans and client recommendations. Project Management:
Own project timelines, deliverable tracking, and internal coordination; update ASANA and coordinate with Agency Project Management team for resourcing and timelines. Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to bring programs to life and align with strategy and retailer requirements. Quality Control:
Review and route client deliverables for accuracy, strategic consistency, and brand/retailer alignment. Optimization:

Position Summary : The Account Supervisor leads Agency shopper marketing programs across multiple categories or channels, partnering with client teams during conception, design, sell-in, execution and analysis. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business planning frameworks, program concepts, and results analysis. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities When brand facing, sit on-site with clients, representing the agency and brand to the client and back to the agency. Develop and own key influencer relationships with client teams, agency partners, and vendors. Demonstrate knowledge of consumer/shopper marketing landscapes to develop new business opportunities and revenue streams within existing clients. Design and lead proposals and program development presentations with guidance from a Director. Establish agency thought leadership within defined areas of responsibility. Supervise and/or manage program execution, budgets, tracking, and post-promotional reporting. When field facing, responsible for key channel or customer representing 10%+ of the client’s business. Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports with support of a Director. Other related duties as assigned. Cross-Functional Accountability Partner with Planning team to develop category, channel, customer and competitive insights, and provide recommendations for programs leveraging shopper insights. Lead internal teams to ensure deliverables are on strategy and meet client expectations. Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams to prioritize goals and resolve conflicts. Communicate effectively with cross-agency teams to secure client decisions and approvals. Other related duties as assigned. Travel and/or Driving Travel and driving are essential duties; travel up to as needed. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required). MBA or equivalent experience (Preferred). Field of Study/Area: Marketing/Brand Management - 3-5 years in a leadership/management role in agency, brand management, and/or media production - 6+ years in consumer product, brand management, media, or agency experience preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Ability to manage multiple duties with accuracy under interruptions and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) Creative self-starter with strong relationship, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work with third-party properties, agencies, suppliers and media organizations Environmental & Physical Requirements Office-based; ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
