The Catering Sales Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering solutions and special events at the location. This role leads the Catering team to execute events and catering requests in accordance with customer expectations and service standards.

Click here to learn more. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute catering solutions to meet customer needs. Build and maintain effective client and customer relationships. Ensure consistent quality in planning and executing events. Coordinate the delivery of prepared food and setup of events based on banquet event orders. Assist clients in planning special events and offer creative solutions tailored to their needs. Train and lead catering staff to adhere to catering and event standards, ensuring quality in presentation. Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to the team and ensure all requests are fulfilled prior to events. Meet food and labor cost targets. Manage the execution of catering events of various sizes and scopes, including staffing and management. Accurately report all catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members. Ensure compliance with all food safety, occupational, and environmental policies. Job duties may evolve or new responsibilities may be assigned without prior notice. Qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience. Management or supervisory experience preferred. Experience in events, hospitality, and catering preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Availability to work flexible, event-based hours. Excellent communication skills. Completion of Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to stand for extended periods.
