We are seeking a high-performing
Territory Sales Manager
to drive growth, build lasting relationships, and deliver measurable impact in the agriculture market. This role goes beyond managing accounts — it is about taking full ownership of your territory, developing business, and helping retailers and growers adopt digital solutions that deliver real ROI. What You’ll Do
Prospect, pitch, and close new business across retailers, dealers, and growers. Expand existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services. Equip retail partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell technology. Translate complex ag-tech insights into simple, profitable outcomes for customers. Maintain a disciplined sales process, managing pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM. Travel extensively across the territory to lead demos, train partners, and visit farms. What You Bring
5+ years of proven sales success (AgTech, SaaS, inputs, or agronomy preferred). Strong knowledge of ag retail. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a hunter mindset, skilled at driving results independently. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in an agriculture-related field (or equivalent industry experience). What Sets You Apart

Competitive compensation base salary plus commission targeting $175-200K. Compensation
