Drive ASC bookings from both new and existing logo accounts across all sales segments. Provide direct overlay support for ASC opportunities, assisting from value articulation through contract signature. Engage with key external decision makers, including technical and executive buyers. Identify and qualify pipeline opportunities for ASC sales growth. Advise on sales strategy, value proposition, product positioning, and pricing mechanics. Collect and synthesize prospect, client, and sales feedback to streamline pricing models and sales approaches. Unlock growth potential within the existing ASC client base through strategic solutioning and relationship management. Lead the full ASC sales process in collaboration with athenaOne, including presentations, discovery, demos, proposal delivery, and negotiation. Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and messaging to ensure consistent communication and execution. Establish and maintain internal reporting functions for ASC services. Recommend and lead enablement initiatives to support sales and segment-specific growth. Lead feedback loops to product and voice-of-customer teams to identify and quantify product or service gaps. Serve as the Sales Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) in cross-functional workstreams and subcommittees. Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product teams to drive ASC growth. Experience & Skills
Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in arts, sciences, or related field; technology-based or Master’s degree preferred. Experience selling to/working in Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Deep understanding of healthcare economics, digital technology, clinical efficiency, revenue cycle performance, and patient engagement. Proven success in consultative sales, client development, business development, or account management roles. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, including managing complex sales opportunities. Strong sales administration skills with timely and accurate reporting. Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the digital health market. Ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple organizational levels, including C-suite and executive leadership. Process and Procedures within Ambulatory Surgery Centers Executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders. High emotional intelligence with an empathetic and responsive approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
