We’re looking for a proven sales leader to step into a critical Director of Inside Sales role. This individual will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, scaling outbound execution, and building the foundation for long-term revenue growth as we prepare for the hyper-growth stage. This is a unique opportunity to join a true start-up PropTech SaaS company at the ground level, working directly with a leadership team that has multiple billion-dollar exits under its belt (CarGurus & TripAdvisor). Key Responsibilities

New Business Growth Own net-new MRR through structured outbound execution and effective territory design. Drive consistent pipeline creation and deal velocity across mid-market accounts. Team Leadership Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives through structured 1:1s, team coaching, skill-building, and career development. Instill a performance-driven culture of accountability, urgency, and competitiveness. Sales Operations Introduce rigor to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales processes. Ensure clean CRM hygiene and adoption of sales tech stack (HubSpot + supporting tools). Establish clear KPIs to measure productivity and outcomes. Reporting & Analytics Leverage HubSpot CRM, in-house reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets to track KPIs, analyze performance, and inform decision-making. Strategic Input Partner closely with the VP of Sales and executive leadership to provide data-driven feedback, identify growth levers, and refine GTM strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Align with marketing, product, and leadership on prospecting campaigns, messaging, and market feedback. Requirements

3+ years of people management experience leading inside sales / AE teams. Prior experience as a top-performing AE (3+ years) with proven results before moving into leadership. Strong operational mindset with RevOps/CRM experience (HubSpot a major plus). Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to turn insights into action. Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback; thrives in a transparent, high-performance culture. Execution-first mindset — rolls up sleeves and gets things done. Ideal Candidate Attributes
