National Sales Manager Location: US-CO-Broomfield. Requisition ID: 2025-127439. Category: Sales. Openings: 1. Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager for the Interlocken Hotel & Spa, Omni Interlocken Resort, a Four-Diamond resort in Colorado near Denver. The property emphasizes a dynamic work environment, comprehensive training, mentoring, and a reputation for exceptional service. Omni Hotels & Resorts is recognized for leadership in guest satisfaction and service quality. Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000/year based on experience. This role is eligible for Omni’s Sales Incentive Plan. Full-time associates receive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Paid Maternity Leave. This position is part of the Omni Work From Home Program with potential remote days after a 90-day introductory period, subject to property discretion. Responsibilities
Plan and maintain regular communications with and solicit additional business from hotel key accounts. Communicate with parties interested in the hotel's services; assess needs and profitability alignment with client budgets. Prepare guest proposals with options for services and products (rooms, events, F&B, convention or meeting space, pricing, dates, locations) aligned to high guest satisfaction and profitability standards. Negotiate, prepare, and review contract terms for hotel services under the supervision of the Director of Sales. Meet or exceed targets for prospecting sales opportunities and revenue streams as determined by management. Execute and manage internal processes to reserve and confirm negotiated contracts, including blocking guest rooms and spaces. Promote high visibility of the hotel through participation in industry associations and trade shows. Provide mentorship and professional development to lower-level sales staff. Support and promote Corporate programs to increase customer awareness of Omni Hotels and ensure appropriate benefits for customers. Maintain high-quality guest offerings in coordination with the Convention Services Department and protect the property’s assets. Maintain attendance and act professionally with guests, key accounts, coworkers, and visitors. Use computers and related software to communicate, prepare reports, and analyze sales activity. Plan and implement sales strategies to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Complete assigned tasks timely and contribute to a safe working environment in compliance with policies and legal requirements. Attend regular sales team and hotel leadership meetings; coordinate occupancy, business forecasts, and availability. Travel locally and interstate to develop guest relationships and brand presence, including trade shows and client meetings. Possess a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Additional marketing or guest service assignments as directed by hotel management. Occasional lifting and standing to assist events; regular walking for meetings, oversight of events, and property tours. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years hotel sales experience or equivalent; experience with large group events preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred. Knowledge of hotel operations; dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to perform multiple functions under pressure. Strong selling, negotiating, and presentation skills; proven use of advanced sales techniques. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and warm, empathetic communication. Proficient computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); Delphi experience preferred. Ability to delegate, train, and coach others; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong written and verbal English communication.
