Our team thrives on deep cross-functional collaboration across Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure onboarding and long-term value for new clients in North America. The Role
Signifyd is expanding the Enterprise Accounts team to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands. This senior role requires a consultative, strategic, and creative approach to build trusted advisor relationships across diverse enterprise organizations, including C-suite stakeholders. You will collaborate with an Enterprise Account Executive to develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy and manage full sales cycles. Responsibilities
Partner with your Enterprise Account Executive to develop and execute the territory plan and account plans; initiate strategy and involve the AE for complex deals. Lead all aspects of a sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, proofs of concept, value proposition, pricing, contract closing, and Go-Live support. Serve as a credible SME, delivering education, engaging content, and thought leadership to win new business. Develop creative engagement strategies using data and insights to address objections and craft value-based solutions across multiple stakeholders. Maintain accurate Salesforce data; use it as the single source of truth and capture detailed reports on needs, deliverables, and next steps. Drive pipeline, sales, and revenue; meet or exceed quota within the assigned territory. Collaborate with SE, CS, Product, Marketing, VE, RI, IM, and other teams to support the customer throughout the deal cycle. Attend industry conferences and events to develop relationships and expand Signifyd’s network. Requirements
6+ years of direct field sales experience with a track record in developing new business across diverse verticals including large multinational companies. Successful business development experience with senior leadership and C-level executives within Enterprise Sales. Experience selling $400K+ ACV deals. Self-starter with demonstrated growth of a territory. Proven outbound prospecting, managing sophisticated enterprise sales cycles, and accurate pipeline management and forecasting. Experience working cross-functionally with sales engineering, data science, risk management, and customer success. Experience with fraud, eCommerce, payments is a plus. Expected travel: ~25%.
