Your Tasks
Lead and develop a team of tier one sales professionals in the electronics sector.
Identify market trends and develop strategies to optimize market positioning and pricing.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Establish frameworks for successful customer and supplier relationships.
Align team efforts with the company's global manufacturing objectives.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive sales and 3 years in sales team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with automotive electronics is preferred.
Proven track record in maintaining and expanding automotive program business.
