QGOV Sales Operations Analyst Job Responsibilities Responsibilities

Sales Funnel

Monitor Sales leads and follow up Participate in forecast discussions

Order Management

Lead daily discussions for orders and fulfillment Generate quotes Manage Inventory Manage Shipments Manage RMAs Maintain key dates for Quote, PO, Shipment, RMA Find efficiencies in sales including order fulfillment and tracking Be familiar with QTI business rules and processes and apply to QGOV business where necessary

Interact with Others for Sales Operations

Interface with departments like finance, contracts, business development and sales Interface with QCT Sales Operations Interact with Contract Manufacturing (CM) (Bld M/EDC, external) on placement orders and timing of receiving

Customer Management

Manage customer accounts through tools like QSales and Oracle including familiarity with QCT and corporate tools for sales transactions Help manage external leads to determine what customers needs and who to introduce them to Participate in customer calls when needed

Business Systems

When it makes sense, help the division transition manual processes to an ERP system Utilize Business Tools (Oracle, Excel) and demonstrate efficiency with these tools Help update and maintain QGOV’s Product Catalog

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree and 5+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience. OR Associate\'s degree and 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience in a high-tech product company. 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above). 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization. 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits

$106,400.00 - $159,600.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Salary is one component of total compensation. We offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and potential RSU grants. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package.
