Overview

Our client in the fleet leasing & management industry is looking for an experienced Fleet Leasing Account Manager to join their team in Brockton, MA. In this role, you will drive new commercial account growth and build relationships with businesses operating fleet vehicles. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting tailored solutions, closing deals, and nurturing accounts for renewals. You’ll also benefit from inbound leads, a proven sales process, and supportive leadership that rewards results without micromanagement. Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new fleet leasing accounts Nurture account relationships to drive renewals and referrals Meet with decision-makers to present tailored leasing solutions Follow up on inbound leads and automated marketing campaigns Prepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with leadership Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity Nurture client relationships to drive renewals and referrals Attend industry events and customer meetings as needed Stay current on fleet financing, leasing trends, and competitor offerings Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience required Business Development experience required CRM and MS Excel proficiency required Job Details
