Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the AdFusion platform. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within major agency holding companies, brands, and large-scale advertisers. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to provide market feedback and ensure customer success. Qualifications
8+ years in a sales or business development role within the AdTech ecosystem. Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including media planning, ad trafficking, and broadcast operations (TV, Radio, Online Video). Ability to quarterback the account selling process to technology, operational, financial, and C-Suite buyers and influencers. Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for advertising platforms. Proven ability to identify and prospect new business opportunities with major agency holding companies, brands, and large-scale advertisers. Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle and closing deals; strong relationship-building with key decision-makers. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success. Employment Details
