As

Senior Sales Director – AI & Copilot Solutions , you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales across Germany, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers. You will position our AI and Copilot technologies as essential tools for digital transformation, productivity, and future-ready business models. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for the German market. Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close, with a focus on Fortune 500 and DAX-listed companies. Position AI and

Copilot solutions

as strategic enablers for innovation, productivity, and growth. Build and nurture strong C-suite relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and Copilot adoption. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership forums. What We’re Looking For

Proven track record (10+ years) in enterprise technology sales, ideally with significant exposure to

AI, SaaS, Copilot platforms, cloud, or data-driven solutions . Strong understanding of the German enterprise ecosystem, with an existing network at C-level across key industries. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills. Fluent in

German and English
