Partner with Account Executives to support the shared book of business Become a subject matter authority on all CarGurus products (Listings Packages & Digital Suite) Complete post-sale onboarding for new dealerships and dealership personnel Quantify the value of our service to dealers and identify opportunities for growth Educate dealers on how to maximize value by leveraging tools, reports, and best practices Follow up on technical, billing, and content issues when appropriate Advance cross-departmental collaboration to convey key issues and promote new insights Develop relationships with dealership decision makers and staff to grow our influence What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services, ideally with complex or strategic accounts Proven ability to drive retention and growth through relationship-building and insight-driven engagement Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting data to stakeholders Strategic problem-solving with data analysis to spot trends and develop action plans Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a large, dynamic book of business Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving environment Experience cross-functional collaboration with sales, support, product, and technical teams Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) a plus Working at CarGurus
