The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to Managers and Sales Associates to drive in-store success. Note: The job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed upon submission of the application. Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable shopping moment by demonstrating strong product knowledge and building brand loyalty. Strive to exceed KPIs and set new records through proactive selling and performance mindset. Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions to create loyal fans. Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and guide the team toward achieving KPI goals. Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment; results-oriented Strong written and verbal communication with a caring, customer-focused approach Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and charm audiences Analytical mindset with solid business acumen; ability to deliver positive results Excellent time management; prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds Our Benefits
