We are looking for a Sales Director who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth advertising environment. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, proactive in creating opportunities, and committed to building authentic, long-term relationships. Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with national brands, agencies, and regional clients. Develop and nurture meaningful ad agency and client relationships on behalf of the company. Deliver innovative, high-impact advertising solutions that drive revenue and client success. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and long-term partnerships. Strategically manage and grow a national account list of mid-to-large agencies and direct clients. Adapt to shifting client needs, market dynamics, and internal priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset. Demonstrate resilience in overcoming obstacles and navigating the challenges of a high-performance sales environment. Utilize Salesforce.com to track and manage sales activity effectively. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to maximize value for both clients and Canela Media. Qualifications
5+ years of digital video or CTV advertising sales experience. Established relationships with brands/agencies. Strong communication and presentation skills. Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on CTV/OTT, Digital/Online, and Television. Experience in selling programmatic. Experience in multicultural media is a plus. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement. Proven ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and stay resilient under pressure in a rapidly changing sales environment. Total compensation includes base salary plus commissions Seniority level
