The shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials, parts, and finished goods. This role includes preparing shipments, verifying incoming materials, maintaining inventory records, and supporting production needs in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Yorba Linda, CA

Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $20.00 HR

Key responsibilities:

1. Shipping & Receiving

Monitor backlog and ship orders in a timely manner Enter shipping information into carrier systems (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and company software to generate freight costs and labels Verify incoming raw materials and colors against purchase orders Receive, inspect, and document all deliveries for accuracy 2. Inventory & Material Handling

Maintain accurate inventory control, including movement and tracking of materials and finished goods Transport raw materials and colors to and from the the production floor move finished goods from Quality Control to the warehouse for stock or shipping Transfer production from the production floor to the warehouse Operate forklift safely to move parts and materials 3. Documentation & Support

Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and complete Support production schedules by coordinating with relevant departments Assist in building production workflows as directed Perform other duties assigned by team Qualifications

Computer literacy with experience using shipping software (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Prior forklift operating experience Data entry and inventory control experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong telephone and video conference skills Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred) Knowledge of shipping compliance requirements (preferred) Personal Attributes

Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials throughout the workday Regularly required to lift up to 25-50lbs Ability to operate forklift and material handling equipment safely Other Skills & Abilities

Must be reliable and punctual with consistent on-site attendance Comfortable working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
