Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Regional Safety Manager at Prime Safety Management LLC in San Diego, CA, supporting a commercial construction contractor. Responsibilities
Conduct site safety audits across multiple sites in the western and Pacific coast regions. Inspect mobile equipment and assess fall protection, respiratory protection, trenching and excavation, and PPE compliance. Ensure safety program adherence and support continuous safety improvements on active construction projects. The regional safety manager should be proficient with basic computer software applications and safety inspection software. Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of civil construction safety experience. BCSP ASP CSP OHST CHST SMP GSP or a Bachelor\'s Degree in safety preferred. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. Must be fit and able to perform requirements of the role. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Compensation and Benefits
