Spring Arbor of Leesburg is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Director to join our team! In this key management role, you’ll be the face of our community, shaping meaningful relationships, driving referrals, and helping us achieve our census and revenue targets.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for a team member who truly understands that “Every Moment Matters” in the lives of our senior residents. The ideal candidate should have: Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience (or closely related) with track record in achieving senior living sales goals (preferably in the Virginia market). Demonstrates clarity and effectiveness when speaking and writing. Maintains a polished professional appearance and demeanor, representing the community with confidence and respect with a sense of urgency. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at once. Up-to-date knowledge of sales tracking software, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office. High School Degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Responsibilities
As a Sales Director, you will: Meet the community’s move-in and census goals each month by achieving monthly sales metrics including follow up calls, community presentations, professional sales calls, event planning and execution, and monthly lead conversion ratios; with timely CRM documentation. Give presentations to prospective residents and families, ensuring that presentations are pre-planned and executed to company standards, and brand and customer focused. Coordinate all aspects of move-ins, including ensuring room readiness, move in paperwork per state guidelines, new resident welcome process, furniture details, and all communication with responsible parties and team members involved. Collaborate and communicate with team effectively including ED for strategy, RCD for assessment/move in eligibility and other team members as needed to support the sales efforts of the community. Overall creation and execution of marketing strategies to include lead gen, business development, relationship building, events and campaigns; staying within community budgets. What We Offer
