Acute Care Clinical Division Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Clinical Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and performance of all sales activities in the division, staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
The Clinical Division Manager is a subject matter expert integrated into the territory and owns the sales process and relationships with non-supply chain decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain high-level clinical customer relationships and effectively present Medline’s clinical value proposition and solutions to C-Suite level customers. Collaborate cross-functionally and successfully navigate a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders. Strategically target opportunities for team of direct reports; launch processes for targeting and accountability for customer system integration. Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Ensure timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Oversee proposal presentations and RFP responses. Assist sales teams in preparation of proposals and presentations. Typically manages through multiple Managers and/or Supervisors Oversee major projects/programs/outcomes Budget responsibility Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects; develop, recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The anticipated salary range for this position: $132,600.00 - $199,160.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
