We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for: Working as part of a multidisciplined team during the development phase of complex systems that require critical safety controls Executing system safety and software safety programs including analyzing explosive, mechanical, electrical, and software systems for hazards Developing system safety architectures and oversight of implementation and verification of hazard mitigations at both system and subsystem levels while assuring compliance with other key system performance requirements Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience (Level II). B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience (Level III). Demonstrated ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings Demonstrated ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and understand circuit and interface failure modes that could lead to a hazard Demonstrated ability to understand software and data interfaces to assess potential failure modes that could lead to a hazard Demonstrated experience (or interest in specializing/learning system safety) in the following areas is a plus: Perform hazard analyses on mechanical, electrical, and software systems
