Overview

Riveron is looking for an Associate Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This client-facing role will interact with key leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.) and will contribute to the areas of business development and sales, practice development, and project execution. As an Associate Director, you will lead the delivery of client engagements, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensuring that high quality projects are consistently executed on time and on budget. You will develop project and people management skills while delivering ongoing thought partnership and problem solving with guidance from senior leaders and a dedicated performance advisor to support your growth. Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of client engagements as the day-to-day client contact, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle and ensuring high-quality projects are executed on time and on budget. Develop and deepen client relationships; participate in business development activities and contribute to practice development and collateral. Collaborate with Implementation team members to develop effective and scalable NetSuite solutions, leveraging best practices where possible. Work directly with client IT teams to ensure the solution design is understood by both client and internal teams; present the solution design to external and internal stakeholders. Define integration requirements and collaborate with the integration team to interface other applications with NetSuite. Oversee engagement teams through all phases of NetSuite ERP implementations or optimizations (business process design, configuration, UAT, training, cutover, go-live stabilization). Identify expansion opportunities on client engagements to cross-sell Riveron’s services; participate in pre-sales meetings to assess project scope and NetSuite fit. Identify NetSuite modules, determine timelines, resource plan, and level-of-effort to achieve client objectives. Develop NetSuite-specific training, business development training, collateral, and engagement materials/templates in collaboration with practice leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS). 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience, with prior experience architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite. Experience leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations. Ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, and PSA solution. Mastery of Microsoft Office products. Consulting experience in other business applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus. SaaS or Cloud experience is a plus. Certified NetSuite ERP consultant is a plus. Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships; entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work in dynamic environments and craft clear verbal, written, and oral communications for diverse audiences. Desire to participate in Riveron culture and internal initiatives.
