Olsson's Facility Engineering and Design Team leads and delivers engineering solutions for large commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations. Our work includes engineering analysis, design services, and professional consulting to ensure top-tier quality and world-class installations. As a member of this team, you will contribute to diverse, high-impact projects and help deliver engineering solutions that make a tangible difference in communities and industries. Senior Structural Engineer : You will be a key player in the team, leading and overseeing complex facilities engineering and design projects, ensuring high standards of structural integrity and compliance across a diverse project portfolio. Responsibilities

Lead structural design for varied projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and professional growth. Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports. Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for project integration. Stay updated with the latest in structural engineering to incorporate cutting-edge practices. Collaborate with clients to understand technical needs, providing insights and solutions that align with project objectives and support business development by showcasing Olsson’s capabilities. Qualifications

Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) preferred, but not required. Minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on facilities design. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools; Autodesk Revit proficiency preferred but not required. Registered professional engineer (PE). Ability to contribute and work well on a team. Additional Information
