As an Advanced Hardware Engineer at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. You will play a critical role in leading and driving the hardware design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products. You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and work out of our Minneapolis, Minnesota location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have an impact by leading and driving the electrical hardware design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable electronic hardware within the Sensing Guidance and Navigation Center of Excellence engineering team. The annual base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000. Responsibilities

Execute Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design and development project tasks by following established engineering methodologies for new hardware development. Guide engineers, technicians, and associates to ensure project and product requirement compliance. Clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages via presentations and in writing to a variety of technical audiences. Consult with suppliers to ensure product and project compliance. Communicate any non-compliance incidents and results of internal project audits to stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics. 4+ years’ Electrical Engineering experience. 2+ years experience in lab testing and debugging complex electronic circuits. We Value

Significant experience working with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers to characterize and solve problems in electronics circuit card assemblies. Experience designing with modern processing technologies and architectures. Proficiency with Mentor Graphics Xpedition Enterprise Design Suite, HyperLynx analysis, and LTSpice. Strong aptitude for low noise analog and sensor interface design and analysis. Strong SPICE simulation experience including parametric modification and validation. Ability to generate PB layout constraint guidelines, oversee the layout and fabrication of the design. Experience ensuring designs meet the industry standards of DO-254 for Avionics Hardware Development and Certification.
