JOB SUMMARY This role is for a project and community manager that will help lead various engineering and architecture governance and community activities. We are looking for a dynamic leader who enjoys community-building and managing some of Grainger's core technical governance functions. Responsibilities
Administer and run Grainger’s architecture governance program, including agendas, facilitation, action items, and follow-ups Facilitate technical community events like Technical Book Clubs and Lunch and Learns Help run architecture and engineering team-level initiatives Help with org-wide community activities like Ignite Week and Hack-a-thons Help with special projects at a team or department level Job Details

Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $131,200.00 to $218,700.00. Rewards and Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans with coverage starting on day one and 6 free therapy sessions per year 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full-time employees, plus 6 company holidays 6% company contribution to a 401(k) plan each pay period, with no employee contribution required Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, student loan refinancing and access to financial counseling and tools Maternity and parental leave programs (up to 14 weeks for birth parents and up to 4 weeks for non-birth parents) For additional information regarding Grainger’s benefits, please visit the Grainger benefits page.
