My client is a nationally recognized leader in structural engineering with offices in California, Illinois, and Texas. They are looking to expand their brand new Dallas office by adding an office leader to their structural engineering department. The firm specializes in Aviation, Healthcare, Commercial, and Mission Critical projects. With over 20 years in the industry, the firm has successfully completed 500+ projects across 40+ states. Lead the Dallas structural engineering department, guiding project teams on Aviation, Healthcare, Commercial, and Mission Critical projects. Oversee project delivery, quality control, and coordination with other offices. Mentor and develop engineers; participate in business development and client relations as needed. Qualifications

BS in Civil/Structural Engineering. MS in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred. EIT required, PE or SE preferred. Minimum of 2 years of increasing engineering experience in seismic analysis and design, and experience in preparing plans and detail drawings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred. Familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD and software such as MS Word & Excel, Enercalc, RAM, RISA, and ETABS or SAP.
