You’ll prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans for review, including benchmarking against industry standards.

You’ll assist in developing Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options to optimize project value.

You’ll identify potential risks, contributing to the preparation and maintenance of the project Risk Register.

You’ll support the pre-contract process by contributing to key meetings and providing cost input.

You’ll assist in preparing the Procurement Strategy and supporting reports.

You’ll attend client meetings with senior colleagues as required, recording discussion points and agreed actions.

You’ll participate in design team meetings, advising on potential cost implications and implementing meeting outcomes.

You’ll assist in lease negotiations, validating tenant improvement allowances.

You’ll contribute to the development of standardized project templates.

You’ll support cost management tasks, including change order logs, invoice logs, and cost reports.

You’ll assist with measurements and research pricing for development appraisals.

You’ll support the drafting and finalization of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for review.

You’ll perform additional duties as assigned to support the project and cost management team.

Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

7+ years of cost management experience

Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.

Proficient in the required functions of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) to an appropriate level

Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (e.g., Sustainability) to assist with appropriate options and cost implications

Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing

Organized and detail-oriented

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with Data Center or Mission Critical Construction projects

MRICS or on the path to chartership
