US Tech Solutions Milpitas, CA Job Description + We are seeking an Associate Test Engineer to join our team.+ This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, optics assembly, troubleshooting, and calibration in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.+ Candidates should be comfortable working with lasers, optical components, and large mechanical tools while following strict safety and cleanliness protocols.**Responsibilities:**+ Assemble, disassemble, and test optical and mechanical components.+ Troubleshoot and calibrate equipment following written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).+ Work in a Class 100 cleanroom with full protective gear (bunny suit, gloves, safety goggles).+ Handle and move heavy tools and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs.).+ Perform cable route and integration of systems.+ Document assembly, testing, and troubleshooting processes accurately.+ Work collaboratively with engineering teams to improve assembly and testing procedures.+ Adhere to strict cleanliness and safety guidelines for laser operations.+ Participate in an intensive on-the-job training program**Experience:**+ **Mechanical skills:** Assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and following written instructions.+ **Optics assembly:** Experience with lasers, crystals, and optical components (not fiber optics).+ **Computer skills:** Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, software loading, and troubleshooting.+ **Testing & calibration:** Understanding how to handle and test optical/mechanical components**Skills:**+ Optical/Mechanical Components+ Lasers+ Troubleshooting+ Calibration**Education:**+ Open to fresh grads, those with hobbies in mechanics, optics, or tinkering with electronics.**About US Tech Solutions:**US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
