A leading U.S. engineering consultancy is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer with 8–12 years of land development experience to lead complex projects from entitlement and preliminary design through construction administration. Role Highlights
Manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and schedules. Lead design teams and coordinate across disciplines. Mentor junior engineers and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee hydrologic/hydraulic studies, stormwater design, grading, earthwork, and civil construction documents. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; PE license (CA preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; specification preparation a plus. San Diego project experience and industry connections are advantageous.
