We are seeking experienced Project Managers with backgrounds in electrical construction to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of exciting projects, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results for clients across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data center environments. As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule are consistently achieved. You will also serve as a key leader and mentor, supporting project engineers and field staff while building strong client relationships. What You’ll Do

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling through execution and closeout. Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth delivery. Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedules. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals (electrical or mechanical as applicable). Lead project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Drive quality and safety standards across all aspects of project execution. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and project management best practices. Maintain and grow client relationships to support long-term partnerships. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related), or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects. Strong knowledge of building systems and how they integrate into projects. Proven ability to manage project financials, contracts, change orders, and reporting. Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure. Familiarity with design-build and/or lean construction practices a plus. Experience with data centers, healthcare, federal, or industrial projects is highly desirable. What We Offer
