What You’ll Do – Primary Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and manage direct reports who are responsible for the planning, building, and deployment of the organization’s DAS, Fiber and Wifi network deployments. Allocate resources and delegate responsibilities to the team to ensure an effective and efficient department. Work with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Compliance, Network Ops Center (NOC), Site Administration, etc.) to deliver status updates on projects as required. Drive continuous improvement for construction within assigned areas of responsibility with a focus on quality, safety, and cost. Monitor and manage cost through forecasts and ongoing oversight. Track, manage, and report progress and variances to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Develop, implement, and monitor methods and procedures to capture and track critical issues on an ongoing basis. Develop a channel/partnership program with industry players in distribution, integration, public safety compliance, site acquisition vendors, and OEMs nationwide. Create a co-selling approach and incentive program for strategic partners to properly align parties in order to enhance and expand lead-sharing/sourcing efforts. Advance strategies to increase venue-funded opportunities and create marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Assist in the development of a marketing strategy/approach to promote the SBA MDU and Enterprise Program (e.g., define program, define partner value-prop). Develop a work culture committed to compliance, quality, and customer focus. Interact with clients, consultants, general contractors, and internal departments. Other projects and duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high-performing team members in collaboration with Talent Acquisition. Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Coach, mentor and develop team members, including onboarding and career development planning. Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance. Create a culture aligned with the organization's mission, values, and focus on engagement. Lead performance management and development to assist in goal setting, feedback, and growth planning. Lead the team to meet productivity, quality, and organizational expectations. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field required; with 7+ years of experience in project management, construction and vendor management. Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing employee relations items with Human Resources. Experience deploying Managed Wifi, DAS and Fiber deployments in MDUs and Enterprise buildings a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Domestic travel 25% of the time. Valid Government Issued Driver's License. Physical Demands
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch; stand, walk, and sit; reach with hands and arms; visual ability corrected to 20/20. Sitting up to 90% of the day and ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Manual dexterity to input data and operate equipment; ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Work Environment
