Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Responsibilities

Manage MEP scope, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, for $500M+ data center projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Utilize BIM and project management software (e.g., Procore) for scheduling and cost control. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in fast-paced environments. Qualifications

5+ years as an MEP Project Manager or similar in commercial construction or data centers. Expertise in power systems, cooling infrastructure, or BIM coordination. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills; PMP or LEED certification a plus. Why Join
