Engineering Coordinator

for a Global Entertainment client. Hybrid work environment in Glendale, CA (4 days in office). Requires 3+ years of relevant experience and ability to commute.

Entertainment Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering leads, vendors, and project managers to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, while driving effective solutions. Support daily project operations including equipment testing, site readiness, and timely delivery of engineering milestones. Track budgets, project expenditures, and earned value for system installation and testing activities. Manage schedules for technical activities, coordinate project meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Prepare and maintain project documentation including presentations, reports, and status updates for leadership. Oversee the availability of workspaces, equipment, and resources to keep projects moving forward. Maintain project information systems (e.g., dashboards, trackers, documentation pages). Assist with procurement of technical equipment and supplies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or technical degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate project needs and work independently. Experience coordinating technical or construction activities. Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, and Confluence. Knowledge of SAP or Concur for budget tracking and reporting. Background in construction projects with multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to manage long-duration technical projects and facilitate cross-functional meetings. Familiarity with CAD is a plus. What’s In It For You?
