Our client is seeking a

Civil Engineer

to join their land development practice in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of engineers who value mentorship, collaboration, and innovative design. Key Responsibilities

Support senior staff in developing design and technical documentation across all project phases. Contribute to site design for a wide range of land development projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Prepare construction documents and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines, covering layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and more. Assist with planning studies, preliminary/final design plans, and permitting documents. Develop erosion and sediment control plans that meet state and local regulatory requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. E.I.T. certification (or in progress). Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D. 0–3 years of experience in land development or site civil engineering. Strong interest in collaboration and teamwork. Why Join
