You Are:
A field electrician or Journeyman looking to get into estimating! You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a team along with direct client interaction. You love construction and are passionate about the creation of homes that enhance the lives of clients and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal. You Have:
Knowledge of the electrical industry with a deep understanding of materials, labor costs, and project management. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Your Location:

Nathan, CEO Your Contribution to NRG Electric (What we'll teach you to do!): Cost Estimation: Analyze plans, specs, and other docs to help prepare estimates for electrical projects. Project Analysis: Conduct site visits and work with architects, designers, subcontractors and clients to understand project requirements and specs Learn to use software such as Procore Estimating & Esticom Bid Preparation: Develop/issue RFPs to subcontractors and suppliers then analyze bids to ensure competitiveness and alignment Scope of Work: Document and create for project proposals Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle to communicate estimates and budget updates. What Makes You Successful (But will teach to the right person):
Strong knowledge of electrical (NEC), construction, and cost analysis Proficient in estimating software and tools (e.g., Procore, Esticom, Jobber or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Strong understanding of project timelines, customer communication, & bidding process Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets NRG Electric's Contribution to You:
Salary:
